The cuff of the
monitor should be
parallel to your
heart from the
ground level. |

Any action resulting
in slight change in
B.P. that is , arm
or body movement,
talking , laughing
etc, can result in
fluctuation of
results. Please
avoid it. |

Always take the
measurement in a
relaxed position.
Never take a reading
just after walking,
running, climbing
stairs or any heavy
physical task. |

Never take repeated readings immediately after one reading. Give some
time for your nerves
to relax between
readings. |

The arm cuff should
be tied
approximately, 2cms
above your elbow
joint. Apply the
cuff directly on
your skin and not
over your clothes.
