Ordering Policy And Payment Options:

 

Visitors interested in Jsb Healthcare health supplements can order online. The shortest way to get our supplements is by paying through Credit Cards and Paypal.

 

Our website’s payment gateway is PAYPAL. We are PayPal Verified. They are one of the most secure online payment processors. You can pay either by one of the Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover or you can log in to Paypal if you wish not to use your credit card.

 

Naturally, we don’t store any of your financial or bank related information and we don’t share or rent your email address. It will be perfectly safe and private with us. You can find more in this regard in our privacy policy.

 

People who don’t want to pay through Credit cards or online means can send us DD or Demand draft and we will deposit it into our bank account. When we will receive the payment, we will send you health supplements. It takes a long time to process such payments and consumes our resources, as we need to go to bank with every sale.

 

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

 

Credit Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. The shipping address can be different from Billing address.

You will get an email as soon as you complete the ordering process. You can contact us at sales@jsbhealthcare.com for knowing more about your order status. All international orders will receive tracking code when the product had been shipped.

Shipping Policy:

 

Availability: We only advertise products that are readily available however, we do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.

 

Out-of-Stock: If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail. We will then fill the remaining order as soon as the item is back in stock.

 

Jsb Healthcare fulfils its order for clients all over the world by Indian Speed Post or EMS services. We package and ship the orders within 1-2 business days. The EMS takes about 10-14 days delivery time for international orders and 5-7 days time for deliveries within India.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Sunday. Any order placed on Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping & Handling

 

Please note: Jsb Healthcare reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Life Line Surgicals is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters and post office personnel. 

International Shipping & Handling

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Jsb Healthcare will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license from its residents who need these products for personal use.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your countrys import policies, please check with them before ordering.

For all international shipments, Jsb Healthcare will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are asked, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Customs and Excise:

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your countrys policies.

Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to us by the Customer in accordance with our Cancellations & Returns Policy. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given to under these circumstances.

 

Please note that all customers inside of India may have to pay additional sales tax of 4% extra on the cost of supplement.

 

Cancellations and & Returns Policy:

 

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our Shipping, Cancellations and Returns Policy.

 

Notification, Damages and Returns:

 

All Damages or Returns must be notified via e-mail at sales@jsbhealthcare.com  as soon as possible.

 

Notification, Order Errors:

 

Any order errors must be reported to Life Line Surgicals  within 72 hours via e-mail at sales@jsbhealthcare.com; No exchange of product can made be after this time.

A signature as acknowledgement of receipt may be required from you after the products have reached you by EMS personnel in your country.

Back Orders:

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

In the event of no one being present to accept delivery from a courier, there may be an additional re-delivery charge if the goods are returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE: IN SOME RARE CASES CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; THESE GOODS MAY TAKE UP TO 90 DAYS TO REACH THE CUSTOMER.

 

Lost Packages, Shipping Claims and Missing Products:

Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier and our company within 3 days of delivery. Claims can’t be opened after this time. Products will not be shipped, or replaced until the shipping firm has completed their investigation.

Please note that there are no refunds on courier claimed products. Once the investigation is completed the products will be RESHIPPED and not refunded. We do not issue cheques or refunds for completed claims. The product, should the claim be granted, will be reshipped to the approved address of the credit card.

Missing products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Products will not be replaced after this time. We may require pictures of the packaging and the products as they were delivered to be emailed to us. Once we receive these pictures it may be 1-2 days before you will receive a tracking number if it is found that the products were missed.

All customers are given a tracking number to follow their package along and this information can be acquired by contacting a representative via email. If you see that your package tracking has not been updated in 3 days, it is up to you to inform one of our representatives in order to initiate a trace on the package. If you see that your package has been delivered and signed for and you were not the one to receive it, it is up to you to inform a representative within 2 days of the delivery so that we can start a claim. Please note that the carrier will complete their investigation and products will not be shipped, or replaced until the investigation is complete.

Returns Policy:

If something is returned to our warehouse, either because a customer refuses the package, or for a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, customer not being at home, or otherwise, the package will be returned to sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and your package may be subject to refund and restocking fees as per the policies of this site.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods be returned to us unopened and in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use EMS or EPS or USPS services.

Contact us at sales@jsbhealthcare.com for a returns ID before you return your parcel - otherwise we will not be able to match your return with your order and we may not be able to process any refund.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund your postage and packaging costs as calculated by standard postal delivery.

If you change your mind after we have dispatched your goods, we will still refund your purchase price if you return them in excellent condition within 15 days of receipt, but we reserve the right to deduct our postage costs (including where you may have received free delivery). We also reserve the right to apply a restocking charge.

Please note that if you have not purchased your products via this website you will need to arrange your return or exchange directly with the place where you bought.                                                            

Shipping, Cancellations and Returns Policy:

 

Shipping costs:

 

The request for change of address after the consignment has been dispatched will not be granted.

 

All returned orders will be charged at the amount of shipping and restocking charges against shipping to be resent to customers. Any Non-collected consignments or refused order will be charged for shipping and restocking fee.

Return and Refund Policies:

Customers accept all terms and conditions prior to purchasing from this site. Please read the terms and conditions prior to ordering as we will not be responsible for customers not reading the conditions before purchase.

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged an unrecoverable merchant fee for the cancellation. Normally this is a 7%  non-refundable credit card fee, plus 3% refund transaction fee. This can change based on customers original order. These merchant fees are not refunded to our company by the credit card processor under your cancellation and we will not be responsible for these fees should you change your mind.

These fees are applicable to products that have been placed as Prepay Only or Backordered should you change your mind on the order. You will see a detailed account of these refund fees on your refund receipt sent to you by the credit card processor to your email address. To avoid credit card processing fees, you must contact us before it is shipped and ask us do a refund.

If there is a problem with your order and we have attempted to contact you with no response for 3 or more business days, your order will be refunded as per our refund policies posted on this site. We are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect email address at time of purchase, or if your email client routes our messages to a junk or spam folder.

No returns after 10 days from DELIVERY DATE.

To obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number, please contact the service department at sales@jsbhealthcare.com  returned products will be accepted without a VALID return authorization number on the shipping label. To obtain an RMA number, the Customer should be prepared to give the following information:

  1. Customer name and address
  2. Product Name
  3. Proof of date of purchase and/or receipt
  4. Other Specifications.

How To Pack Your Return Products:

  1. Use the original box and packaging materials if possible.
  2. If the original packaging is not available use a box that will allow for proper protection. Please NOTE under no circumstances damaged original box is accepted.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt inside the package.

Addressing the Item:

The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package.

Shipping the Item:

  1. You are responsible to pay for the shipping of the unit to us.
  2. We recommend that you insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for any damage to or loss of the unit until it is received in our facility.
  3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage if you do not use a traceable shipping method.
